About Founder
Yashwant Raj Taingaria
(President & Founder)
Yashwant Raj Taingaria, born on 28 March 1973, is the President and Founder of Cowlogy Institute. He holds a B.Sc. in Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology, along with a Diploma in Export Management. He pursued an MBA but left after three semesters. He has completed Astrology courses from ICAS, Vastu Shastra courses from various institutes and experts, and courses in organic farming, dairy farming, and nutrition from IGNOU (studied the material but did not appear for exams).
He learned natural building construction from Dr. Shiv Darshan Malik and completed an online course in soil identification and compressed stabilised earth blocks from Auroville, Pondicherry. He has also studied manuals and work process documents of Auroville and gained knowledge from various individuals and sources about traditional and natural building materials and their applications.
His career began with a printing and designing venture, which he left due to health issues caused by exposure to chemicals. He then worked as an Area Sales Supervisor in FMCG companies, followed by experience in the retail loan segment. He also promoted a girls’ hostel and food business managed by his wife.
Since adolescence, he has been inclined towards nature and natural materials, studying books and magazines on Ayurveda, homeopathy, and natural sciences, as well as religious epics and texts. Personal experiences with chronic health conditions in family members, where allopathic treatments failed to provide complete cures, further shaped his perspective.
Currently, he is engaged in making natural building materials. The concept of Cowlogy Institute emerged from his keen observations, linking modern living approaches with ancient and traditional lifestyles. Through this vision, he has found solutions and created Cowlogy.
