Our Projects

SUSTAINABLE HYBRID MODEL

In this we are about to make cow shelters socially as well as economically viable. To give standardised treatment to all cows whether they are abandoned, non-milking or milking cattles.
As all we know donations, aid from government and non-government agencies are not completely fulfilling the requirements of smooth operations of cow shelters.
By keeping this in mind we pioneer the hybrid model.
From dung and urine also we compensate the expenses of abandoned and non-milking cattles.

Traditional Cow Shelters vs. Proposed Cattle Care Home

Until now, abandoned cows were taken into cow shelters/Gaushalas where an NGO, TRUSTS or a social organisation would take care of running the operations of the cattle shelter.
At these places, CATTLE OWNERSHIP was missing.
On the other hand, at our proposed cattle care home, the owners will keep their ‘COW PET’ and bear its cost.

Benefits for Cow Owners

Cow owners will benefit from fresh and pure A2 cow milk, Ghee that can be used for personal consumption or for sale in the market that may fetch them some money.
They may adopt strayed or abandoned cow on monthly, yearly basis from some part of money they earned.
By this they care for abandoned cows. This way one cattle against their one cattle benefitted. GAU SEWA.

Infrastructure & Community Model

The cost of setting up sheds, water facility, fodder storage, manpower to care cattle will all be borne by the members.
Residents of urban as well as rural areas will be able to keep a cow as a pet.
As the cattle will not be reared in residences in cities, at our cattle care home individuals’ cow will be kept and reared.
Due to limitations of time and space, this model is adopted to cater pure dairy products to the society.

Challenges of Independent Cattle Rearing

Cattle owned and operated independently have limited means, way of management, facilities and are time-consuming.
Have maximum expenses and limited revenue and resources.
Hence the quality of living and services is affected.
